Modis offers Holiday Pay as an 8 additional hours at regular time (Not OT) for those who qualify.
In order to qualify you have to:
- Be on assignment for at least 60 days - Holiday Pay will kick in the 1st of the following month once you've hit the 60 day threshold.
- Maintain an average of hours worked of at least 30 hours per week.
- The 30 hour average is tracked according to previous 13 weeks leading up to qualifiable holiday.
- If placed on quarantine leave due to Covid-19, hours entered will not count towards the 30 hours average. Only worked hours apply.
Eligible Holidays Include:
- New Year's Day
- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Reminder - Holiday Pay is an automatic process, do not enter hours you did not work.
